Sisterhood Supper Club

VPH Coaching presents Sisterhood Supper Club: I built a dinner table because I wanted to trust women again.

From our tables

Nights we won't forget.

Why it exists

Healing the sister wound.

So many of us learned to see other women as competition: to compare, to guard, to perform. The sister wound is that old hurt, and it keeps us isolated exactly when we need each other most.

The Sisterhood Supper Club is where we lay it down. Over food and honest conversation, we practice a different way of being with women: open, tender, and true.

The story behind the table

Why Sisterhood began.

The origin: Victoria launched Sisterhood Supper Club in 2024 while switching jobs, returning to coaching, and living through online bullying and harassment.
What Victoria was looking for: not networking or another panel, but a room where feminine energy felt safe again.
The sister wound is real: comparison, competition, and the sense that another woman's rise is your loss.
Trust is rebuilt in person, one table, one night, and one honest conversation at a time.
The container: be on time, put the phone down, and keep what is shared at the table private.
Everyone receives a letter before dinner, so each guest arrives already known.
The table rested for a year before returning when the time felt right.
Women arrive as strangers and leave connected; this is a table they come back to.

What to expect

How we gather.

Dinners with intention

Every other month, a small table of women gathers over a shared meal. No small talk required, no masks allowed.

Guided circles

Each evening holds a theme and a facilitated conversation, so every voice at the table is heard and held.

A rhythm to return to

Six gatherings a year. A steady cadence of connection you can count on, season after season.
